The St. Regis Resort and Residences, Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale, represents a $2 billion, decade-long vision by Related Group, Tate Capital, and Rok Acquisitions in collaboration with Marriott International. This ambitious development aims to bring Monaco-inspired luxury to Florida’s coastline.

Spanning 40 acres of prime waterfront, the project will feature a flagship St. Regis hotel, branded residences, and 88,000 square feet of commercial space, including restaurants, boat docking, a pedestrian promenade, a public park, and an exclusive megayacht marina.

Luxury Living Redefined
Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners, the development will unfold in two phases, centered around two 23-story residential towers and a 197-key St. Regis hotel. The first phase will deliver 160 luxury condominiums in three- and four-bedroom layouts, along with penthouses and resort residences atop the hotel.
Each residence is crafted to resemble a private villa, featuring private elevator foyers, spacious light-filled interiors, and wraparound glass terraces. Amenities exclusive to residents will include:
Wellness & Recreation: Spa, salon, indoor-outdoor fitness center, pickleball courts, and a multi-sport simulator.
Entertainment & Leisure: Children’s room, library/media room, billiards room, private dining, and a pool with a whirlpool.
Outdoor Living: Private terraces with summer kitchens and access to bicycles.
Unparalleled Resort Amenities
Residents will also enjoy full access to the resort’s world-class offerings, including two resort-style pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a luxurious spa with outdoor amenities, and a waterfront restaurant.

Transforming Fort Lauderdale’s Coastline
The St. Regis Resort and Residences is poised to become a landmark of sophistication and elegance, setting a new standard for luxury living and hospitality in Fort Lauderdale.
