The St. Regis Resort and Residences, Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale is set to redefine luxury living along Florida’s coastline. This visionary $2 billion project, spearheaded by Related Group, Tate Capital, and Rok Acquisitions in collaboration with Marriott International, will transform the iconic Bahia Mar Yachting Center—home to the prestigious Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS)—into a world-class, Monaco-inspired destination.
Spanning 40 acres, the development will unfold in two phases, featuring branded residential towers, a St. Regis hotel, a private beach club, and an array of upscale dining and retail experiences. Phase One includes 160 luxury condominium residences in two 23-story towers, as well as exclusive resort residences atop the hotel. Sales for The St. Regis Residences, Bahia Mar, Fort Lauderdale have officially begun.

Renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica is leading the design, with interiors crafted by London-based Tara Bernerd & Partners. The master plan incorporates 88,000 square feet of waterfront commercial space, including high-end restaurants, marina docking, and a scenic 25-foot-wide promenade along the Intracoastal Waterway. The marina will also feature yacht slips accommodating vessels up to 350 feet.
The residences, ranging from three to four bedrooms and spanning 2,600 to 3,550 square feet, offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and the Fort Lauderdale skyline. Penthouses provide additional space and exclusive amenities such as private elevator foyers, open-concept living areas, and expansive glass-wrapped terraces.

“Bahia Mar has long attracted international yachting enthusiasts, yet its true potential has remained untapped,” said Jorge M. Pérez, Chairman and CEO of Related Group. “Our vision integrates exceptional residential, hospitality, and lifestyle options, positioning Fort Lauderdale as a premier luxury destination.”
Each residential tower will feature 17,000 square feet of amenities that reflect St Regis unparalleled standards of luxury. Residents will enjoy access to a spa, fitness center, salon, children’s playroom, private pool, sports simulators, pickleball court, and summer kitchens. Additional perks include a 24/7 lobby, valet and self-parking, climate-controlled storage, and a dedicated resident app.
Sales for the residences are being exclusively managed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with prices starting at $4.4 million for condominiums and $2 million for hotel residences.
